- Always helpful and accomodating of my studies, helping me get where I want to go in life long term rather than being an obstructive employer. Very rare to find. -Meritocratic sales environment with good rewards and recognition for those who work hard, a very nice break from tall poppy syndrome. - Awesome sales floor people and energy, friendly and positive HR environment with great team building potential inside and outside the office - Management receptive of new ideas and feedback, check in with you personally as much as possible - Comprehensive ongoing sales training system has the potential to take someone from zero sales experience to professional in months, and can further improve those with industry experience/standard sales training -Willing to try unorthodox things, growth mindset company that is not stuck a singular way of doing things

The management is the worst I have ever had. They will not treat you as a person but rather just a number to keep their pockets full. Management will gaslight you into thinking you are not doing good when the boards (the way they are keeping track of KPIs) says otherwise. Being on top mean nothing to them even tho you outperformed everyone, your performance is still not enough. Once you're already demoralised they will say they are just pushing you to do better and will say you have a weak mindset. People come and go because of how horrible they treat people. Favouritism is very evident as well, promoting people who haven't really proven themselves. The culture as well is not good as you can hear gossips every now and then. Do yourselves a favour and not work there
