      Pros

      Many good people working very hard towards a common and worthwhile goal with limited resources. Spirit of camaraderie in spite of political insanity.

      Cons

      From the top down there is a strong culture of distrust and discouragement. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Zero morale.

      4 weeks paid vacation every year

      Cons

      Administrators have a holier-than-thou attitude. Some directors aren't as great as they think they are. When hiring new administrators and professional staff they go for style over substance.

      Pros

      Summer Fridays off, long Christmas break, nice campus

      Cons

      Seems to be in a time warp. Old, stodgy atmosphere. Shady undertones... not always honest in practice... under-performing employees are tolerated... obviously in an attempt to save salary and benefits $ they give jobs to students that more experienced, polished individuals should be doing... morale is low.
