      There is nothing good profesionally speaking.

      Cons

      - They promise you a career plan and yearly salary reviews but they force the review to avoid any bonus or salary improve. - They promote you with more responsibility but without a better salary. - Pressure: every quarter "there is a plan to save the quarter and justify the pressure they put on you". - The roadmap for the product is not clear, neither for the product managers. - Last minute decisions over quality.
