Excellent Training Environment. After the training, you will deploy to the good company based on your skill and domain. Great work/learning environment during the training period.

The cons are actually to be considered as pros and it will help you in future. Strict timeline to complete the project, assignment or task. In less time you will learn a lot. You have to forget your work-life balance during the training period.

you can get a chance to work with some really good companies after training. You will also mostly get offer from the company you worked on after training(i.e., after completing one year work in that company).

there will be regular reviews in the training period, so you need to learn continuously what ever they told. Otherwise, they will give you repliments. After 2 or more repliments you will be fired.

I am really happy that I've worked on Mount blue. It was an important stepping stone on my career. I still remember the interview process conducted it really brought up my logical skills into picture. Able to learn new technologies that are now in trend. Once again thanks a lot.
