Pros
Pay is decent, really good life work balance
Cons
No benefits, last minute calls, upper management is not that good

Pros
Competitive hourly pay, decent benefits, mediocre sales training, some recognition and perks like nice dinners if you're "in" with the upper management and not on the short list. Good experience to add to a resume.
Cons
VERY high-pressured, uncomfortable sales environment. Horrible commission structure- it's an absolute joke. 1% of sales for low volume stores, if you're lucky you'll make 2% around holiday season. Only employees that bank on commission capping out at 4% are the ones who work in high volume stores. Upper management is very cliquey and you are either "in" or "out" and you know it. There is little-to-no support from upper management when it comes to mentoring and training new and junior management. They would rather support their favorites in the high volume stores that are making them money. Upper management abides by the "carrot and stick" approach being stingy with the carrot and very heavy with the stick.

Pros
Relationships I built in industry which helped in obtaining another job. I also liked some of the people I worked with and have become good friends with them.
Cons
Management is horrible! They all dictate and are not leaders! When they are questioned from their Boss they place blame on those that report to them or ask “why did you do it that way?” When they knew all along you were doing it!! They have favorites and treat the others like crap! If you go to HR they do nothing but protect upper Management! HR is horrible!! None have ever been laid off because they are protected! So much bullying from above!

High pay, good benefits, slow paced, fun watches, and autonomy from upper management (depending on the region)
Cons
Upper management seems out of touch with the trends of the retail stores, customers are cheap, too many small projects

Pros
It was interesting meeting new people and getting to hear their story
Cons
Upper management was oblivious to store needs. Regional Manager had absolutely no idea how to effectively manage. Not sure how she was still employed. This company DOES NOT put their employees first. If you're looking for a company that cares about you, look elsewhere.

It is an Awesome environment to work in. Great entry level sales positions in the luxury retail market. Management is very helpful and very understanding. the great thing is the company is small so everyone knows everyone.
Cons
lunch breaks are small. budgets for stores are set extremely high, if not met have to hear upper management complaining. commission is horrible!!!

Pros
Plenty of parking, new beautiful design space, work perks such as raffling off of suite tickets at Metlife stadium, watch discounts, awesome xmas party and raffle gifts
Cons
PDPM is a circus with no ring leader. Get paid peanuts to work like a horse. Design VP's behavior is inappropriate and its tolerated. No support or appreciation from upper management. Constant initiatives that go nowhere. No true mentors to look up to as everyone is out for themselves.
