I worked at Moxie’s Grill & Bar part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible hours, great food, attracts fun people, overall management is supportive, small rewards for excellent work

    Cons

High turn over rate ( comes with the job), I saw 3 different managers during my 4 years there and because of that the team dynamic is always changing. A Moxie's location may be wonderful to work at one year and horrible the next. The experience is varied depending on how supportive and invested management is. No benefits for servers. No breaks (totally illegal) unless you smoke.
