    Pros

    Best points are: -Great in terms of learning -Opportunity to interact with clients -Deliver solutions that actually create an impact -A chance to work with Fortune 500 companies

    Cons

    -No work Life Balance -Rude, arrogant and ungrateful leadership -Very low salary -No perks or incentives to go the extra mile as salaries are fixed

    Good learning curve, some of the best leaders in the industry that i’ve had a chance to work with, leadership is willing to engage in discussions about strategy even with new employees, great exposure for freshers, challenging work environment for managers, free food and cab facility
