Pros

The people and the engagements are fantastic, exactly what I thought it would live up to be. Fast-paced environment full of innovation with a diverse team that's a pleasure to be around and a shame to leave.

Cons

Get rid of your people team. A number of people struggle to realise the value that some of these six figure individuals bring in; and contrasts with (from personal experience) to those who spent a long time away from family creating exciting projects.

Advice to Management

You left the Big4 to create an environment that replicated the nastiest aspects I've ever witnessed in corporate culture. Women telling other women they are 'just the admin' for voicing an opinion, to people being terminated by text on a hospital bed to an HR department that didn't think I'd have the wits to record them and a 'People' team that barely engaged with me following mental health issues. With one... individual from said team insinuating my life had been 'easy' because of my posh accent.

Pros

- Smartest people I have ever worked with (which includes the cream of the Big 4). - Changing the world, one project at a time - Intellectually stimulating - Distinct and strong organisational culture. A sense of community and fun. We're in this together.

Cons

- Workloads are heavy. This is not a place for shirkers

Advice to Management

Keep the vision! Mudano is different. We want it to stay that way.

Pros

- The team is excellent and you'll always feel supported. People play well as part of a team and want to succeed together. - Frequent communication and company updates from management - New age approach to consulting (for the customer team). We do things different to the big 4 and our clients notice it (in a good way). - Huge emphasis on internal communities and culture - Company is growing rapidly which should... mean more opportunity

Cons

- Very little career progression but a model is being defined right now. - Benefits package is good, but not great.

Advice to Management

As the company grows, allow your existing workforce to move up/sideways and take on new challenges to align with their goals.

Have worked for the company for a short period of time but it is clear they have strong values and also an exciting strategy for the future - I'm looking forward to working with Mudano and building my career here.

You get a personal coach that actually gives you time! Many, to name a few: you get to learn from industry leading amazing minds, get the chance to participate in initiatives outside of your immediate role, allowed to make mistakes and they want to be challenged so speaking up and sating something different is encouraged Strategy decision making respects everyone including youth, if they have something to... offer and interested, not just the 'senior' members having been around for years in their positions

Cons

As part of being in multiple initiatives, time management can be a difficult thing, maybe its a personal thing rather than a Mudano con. Speed of work can be challenging, but probably a good too thing having seen the other slow side of work

Advice to Management

Continue this same culture as we keep growing. clearly a thinking process is involved here behind decisions rather than 'this is how it's always been done'. could be more visible to everyone considering Mudano is a 150 people company? but being 4 years old means there is genuinely a lot to do

It was a pleasure working at Mudano and I’m hugely proud of what the Product team had achieved. Mudano has world-class teams, state of the art technology, amazing culture and positive attitude which result in continuous innovation and improvement. If you enjoy change and working within a fast-paced environment, then you will love Mudano!

Due to the fast growth of the business, it tends to be challenging in balancing team(s) and business priorities. This tends to team(s) being pulled towards delivering the platform like a project than a product.

Advice to Management

Suggest more marketing around the business and the platform (Sharktower). Also, would be nice to have more collaboration between product team and end users/customers.

I genuinely believe that the people I work alongside really care about what they do Grown at rapid rate and have managed to keep up! A fantastic team of people in and around the company who are whole supportive of the business and its people People do really come first The company offer coaching/mentoring budget to spend on self-development as part of your benefits package There are opportunities to learn... and grow Mudano has a company culture that promotes strong core values and is very diverse

Cons

Being based over 3 locations isn't perfect as it great to have human interaction rather than over video call

Keep going! You have built a great foundation for values, behaviours and culture I really believe in
