Some of the best people I've ever met work at the MFA. The recent unionization of the administrative and office workers has created a great sense of community and lead to a wonderful working environment. There are opportunities for growth, they have attempted to improve IDEA areas.
Cons
There are too many consultants which management uses to supplement understaffed departments, management's direction can be very scattered and last minute. Pay is low for the area.
