MM Hyd? a big NO

Pros

Learning Opportunities, Innovative Culture, beautiful office, devices, work on advanced technologies.

Cons

Leadership lacks good managerial qualities and is un-inspiring. And yes they carry a big “EGO". Open favouritism. Growth? only if you are friends with Leadership team and can talk talk and talk. There is an MMS team which team is very partial, who will never let you grow in your career and loved by leadership. By mistake if you are promoted they still treat you like a servant. Leadership doesn't understand the meaning of "Our employees are our greatest asset" Firing is often that too without solid reasons. Hard work won't matter if you can talk. India leader's talks are like from some other planet. Willingness to run "difficult" projects, taking on full accountability is very low. Nobody knows what other side leadership is doing. The feedback system is pathetic. No HR. Lots of politics.

Pros

Happy hours, free snacks, fun environment to work, good pay-scale, Fun TGIFs

Cons

Major layoffs, no job guarantee, you are always at the knife point as far as your job is concerned, stressful work life balance, not a place for you if you are looking for a long term satisfying job.

Pros

Well designed office, talented developers and designers (who are leaving the company one by one), will get to work with big clients (not sure about current situation) and emerging technologies, unlimited supply of soft beverages and snacks.

Cons

Lots of Politics, Bad Management (who believe in chain of command especially in India), Favoritism, Open Culture is just a tagline used by marketing team, Good for nothing managers, Bad resource management (Two PMs assigned to a maintenance project :P, working remotely adding zero value to the team), Austin counterparts acting blind to all of the above happening in India office.
