No infrastructure for IT, Salary comes very late, management is very anti social. You will talk to your colleagues they will changes your seats as in your in a school. They follow divide & rule policy against their employees. If you will resign you notice period of 1,2,3 months will be nullified n they will release you asap coz they can't pay if u r not of any use to them. If you will ask for hike they can fire you
