Dreadful atmosphere, micro managed, staff under valued, mangers belittle staff, low morale, majority of employees hanging on for good pensions but hating the company

General management is inept . They hire and fire every 2 weeks as if it's the regular convention. Employees here are treated unfairly. After a certain number of employees being let go it becomes the banks fault. Managers ,, human resources and general management all unfairly rule over the peasants that are us workers . There is only so much of this that can happen until someone in Kuwait decides to hopefully make a change for the better. Eventually this system of hiring and firing will collapse.
