I have been working at NYU (New York University) for more than a year

    Pros

Adjunct Prof at the Game Center (Tisch School). One of higher-paying adjunct positions in the city, usually good students, support from other faculty is usually pretty good.

    Cons

There isn't much oversight; I could use more guidance and mentorship from other faculty (I've never had a full-time faculty review my teaching, despite this supposedly being a requirement). Adjunct benefits are terrible and difficult to understand.

Learnt new Technologies in Testing. And the IT department in NYU has different technology stack. Helps student groom and grow. Much lunches and snacks. Enough time to study for exams. Never pressurized.

    Cons

Very limited growth. very shaky for full time opportunities.

I have been working at NYU (New York University) part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible hours, lots of downtime to do homework, learned customer service skills and information is relatively easy to learn

    Cons

Truly incompetent full-time employees that you would be expected to cover for, information is not communicated well so changes to policies or standard operating procedure don't always get to everyone in an appropriate time. Big culture of just trying to get someone off the phone and not actually fixing their problem.
