Nady Systems Reviews

I have seen so many changes take place at Nady that were absolutely needed to happen. I started my employment with trepidation after reading past reviews and after seeing the previous working conditions at the old location. I was assured upon interviewing they were moving to a new modern location. I will say it took longer than expected, but it happened and with the change came a new mature recognition of what went wrong and there is a new commitment to making the necessary changes to make this company great. It's exciting to see as many people all on the same page pulling for a common goal and I'm happy to be a part of it. I like and enjoy working for the Nadys and think some past reviews are from those that had personal axes to grind.

Love working at Nady!! No doubt the company’s had some struggles in the past, not the least of which was a funky, old building in Emeryville which wasn’t very well maintained for whatever reason (I’m told it was on the market for a few years). New facility in Richmond is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Overall positive attitude, atmosphere stimulating and supportive. Nady’s on a good track, lots of new projects/products in the works. I honestly think this place is ready to blast off and regain lost ground. Plus rare opportunity to work in music industry which I love!! I think Nady lost its way for a while but now seems on target and really motivated to stay current with marketing, product picks, etc. Creative atmosphere, open to new ideas, the real deal when it comes to making its mark on the industry. Absolutely love the new headquarters! Our potluck luncheons are outrageous!!
