I have been working at Nan Ya Plastics USA

    Pros

Very nice co-workers, pretty considerate about the safety issue in the plant, very broad employee diversity. Can learn lots of things during the first 5 years

    Cons

Low salary, doesn't have good promote opportunity. Company has policy but everyone not really follows the policy. Many miscommunication between each department. Place in the middle of nowhere.

    Advice to Management

Need to hire more people, and try to let all department work independently. HR should take care of high turnover rate instead of keep hiring people and don't try to keep experienced staffs.

I have been working at Nan Ya Plastics USA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Most days there is not high demanding work to be done. Coworkers work well with others.

    Cons

Machine lines are rarely shutdown for maintenance work. Management does not want to try new things. Most employees don't like job. Not room for advancement in company

    Advice to Management

Be more open to new ideas and regularly shutdown for full maintenance.

I worked at Nan Ya Plastics USA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They have the policy not to laid off people.

    Cons

The management culture is one of the worst. Managers have no guts to take responsibilities and not taking serious attitude to solve the problems in the plant, instead they blame each others. Very low employees retention rate in the company. Politics has great influence in the organization.

    Advice to Management

Try to concentrate more on making profits instead of politics.
