come to think of it, nothing. Company is a sinking ship just waiting for the dooms day to come.

sub-par higher management, in fact no management at all would be better representation. the people at the top has no idea how to run the company - No vision or goals rather floating on the waves and waiting to see where the waves will take them. This has resulted the company to be in survival mode. with no professional or personal growth for employees. I believe the concept is even unknown to them very low pay - work as it is or leave mentality from the top. people working for more than 5 to 10 years without any change in title or pay is not unusual here.
