Great work-life balance and various roles available
Cons
Work is rigid and boring sometimes. Expect you know everything during the interview but after onboard only need minor things to work on a daily basis. Bad "ignore" culture - inter-team communication and collaboration are awful.

Culture Good work life balance for most junior positions, but ramps up quickly as you gain tenure. Salaries at or above market (CBA usually give you a title prior to adjusting your salary upwards, with NAB it’s concurrent)

Like any large corporate, slow to move KYC process Historical underinvestment in technology (e.g. next gen)
