    Pros

flexible working arrangement and the GM is very approachable.

    Cons

lack of ownership, the role used to be self-initiative, innovative, but now it gradually becomes a facilitator role that has no control or power to execute anything. Unless you work on big project, there is nothing can be done. many other teams only look at the title and neglect what previous and other skills the team members have, it's very frustrating.

    Advice to Management

if the role is not working as it is, merge it to other teams and make use of people's skills.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Enterprise structure for flexible working and diversity is excellent. Enterprise bargain agreement very good and has improved in recent years.

    Cons

Still too top heavy with over paid senior management that is too comfortable and entitled- and thus impacts speed of progress and innovation. They do not have good capability for managing knowledge workers.... although some areas of bank good is definitely not consistent

    Advice to Management

Thin out over entitled middle to senior management, who do not seem to be held accountable for poor decision making
