What appealed to me from day one was the approachability of management, the friendly working atmosphere and the helpful, warm nature of the various levels of management. The idea of One Team, be it sales on the road, inside sales, customer service, dispatch or office and management all working towards a common goal of success, ethics and ready-to-help nature is what comes to mind. Sharing success with incentives for sales staff is an example of the maturity and generosity of owners and management. Nationwide Home Comfort is setting an example for other companies to follow in terms of respect and kindness towards employees and a positive environment which encourages productivity.
Due to growth in the company, it is sometimes common for employees to find some coworkers relocated to different departments within the company.
Advice to Management
Maintaining the positive and encouraging atmosphere in the workplace as the company grows, would be essential so that employees are retained for long term and in turn give back to the company in their efforts and accomplishments at work.
