I have been working at Natwest full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Very good family feel, very friendly staff. Lots things to get involved in outside of work as well as projects in the office.

      Cons

The pay isn't great, very strange pay structure base salary plus 25% value account not very competitive compared to other banks especially the US banks.

      Advice to Management

I understand that due to recent history you are focused on cutting cost but the pay has to improve to attract the best people.
