*Highly unsupportive management *Low salary as compared to peers *Illogical management decisions impacting the ground level staff without being bothered about their issues. *Only top to down communication. One cannot raise thier voice or provide suggestions. Management does what they want to do. *HR policies - Just on papers. No practical implementations *Only focussing on cost cutting, no matter even if the markets perform good *Outdated tech & systems *Higher management enforces to work from office but they themselves are never seen in office and expect the junior managemnt to adhere to their decision.
