I have been working at Natwest full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None - People say it has work life balance but only if you have stayed in the company for long. New comers will have to slog.

    Cons

Working at NWM will be a more of a harassing experience than that of uplifting where you are ensured that you are blamed so that upper management gets saved and you are made to feel worthless. Management is biased, and double faced, you manager's behavior is rude and unsupportive. No growth perspective as mid levels. They will make you bear the pain instead of sorting things and guiding you. RBS say they have lot of work values, but it's all on papers...So be mindful before joining such orgs...they say a lot but do a little...everyone you talk to is frustrated and not appreciated and wants to leave.
