    Pros

    Varies a lot based on what group you're in. Pretty flexible WFH across the board though. Nice office. Smart people. Reasonable number of young people.

    Cons

    Only 3% 401(k) match Salary on low side

    Review is for Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets (BICM) -Leadership has made an effort to hire very smart people and has been successful -Everyone at the Associate Director level on down is easy to get along with -Hours aren't ridiculously bad -Decent office space at 685 Third Ave.

    Review is for Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets (BICM) -Below market pay -Management hasn't been able to branch into the many areas beyond housing finance -Has to compete with Global Investigations and Compliance (GIC) for budget

    great place to get some entry level experience in corporate consulting environment. smart people. good for young entry level. found it merit based culture

    Cons

    huge divergence between practicing consultants and 'corporate' ; quite antagonistic at corporate vs. senior practicioners. each side trying to put costs on the others' p&L.
