SFO is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at SFO is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you if needed.

People & system still in 1980's. Not at all evolving in terms of IT , System approach ,People mangement & manufacturingmethoods. Once joined the we get stuck. Its an owner ship company with all control by owner & his near by.Never pay suppliers on time. Of course very locost contrat manufacturer in EMS. Salary get revised only once in 3 or more ears.. They keep hiding people who are retired & providing no opportunity for young tea.
