Management is disrespectful, if you'd prefer to be treated as a slave and viewed as one while being under paid this is the work environment for you. Middle management holds no plan of action for what they need done (highly unorganized)! Non-qualified individuals working within management and oversight (constantly run around like chickens with they're heads cut off, to the harrass employees) . Your movements are watched 24/7 so you can be micromanaged including when you go off to relieve yourself in the the bathroom. Don't conflict with anyone in management or you'll be targeted and deemed unproductive until you quit. Very unsafe environment lack of enforcement on safety procedures. Lack of ventilation even during indoor welding (you can see the fog in the warehouse and the smell is nauseating) which is harmful to your lungs. Don't come up with ideas they disregard all good ideas unless it's one of their own. If your asking me no I wouldnt recommend you who may be reading this to apply to this company, and to save your efforts and apply for a company that is worth it and willing to help you grow rather than limit you!

Management does not care about you or how well you are doing. Its all about numbers, you are a number. Your level of education depicts your salary, not your performance or experience. Pay will always be below the medium and they will always dangle a raise in your face to keep you motivated. Dirty, Dusty, Greasy place to work, especially when an oil tank gets flipped over in mid-air.
