It was my first company, I have only that sentiments. They conduct cultural functions, one day outing for annual day. These are the benefits I found. When I was working salary was on time.

I joined as a fresher here, 2 year bond. Salary was less than 10k. Still no change. They bounced me around different teams and different technologies, for me there was no proper reporting officer, lead or a manager. They given me some patch work on different projects that was no managed properly and full of bugs. And in review analysis they just take some comments from their any of the leg licking fellow and draw a picture of my work and finally the statement was ' you are not reached the company expectations'. That two years I didn't get a decent hike. They simply wasted my two years, first two years in my career. I moved to next company only because of my hard work. I studied myself and attended the interview. For that I can say thanks to Neologix, you made me strong!!.

Relatives and friends oriented company. Management valuing only their feelings sacrificing employee feelings. Even a office boy can influence management decision but a hard working employee cannot. If you are close to management you will be known by the abbreviation of your name. Top levels learning processes from somewhere and experimenting that on employees without any success. If you have creativity and apply that you will be cornered and no hikes Everything can be executed only within a predefined the limitation the top level have. Cheap ego from top level which prevents your career growth. No recognition for the hardwork you do there which will be forgotten in a moment. And if you move out of this company only your faults will be discussed and spread among employees . Worst hr department. Only to trouble and spy employees

Even if you work hard and make a project success the credit will goes to the lead who practically has no involvement in work and hence low hike Career growth will not go beyond a level. Failed strategies and company moving forward with hiccups

Based on my past experience, Neologix is a place where you can start your IT career. My manager was great and supportive. I learned so much and able to contribute to the company. You will find good work environment and leaders to follow. It isn’t hard to find work-life balance at Neologix. Co-workers love to spend as much time together at work.

Neologix has a good set of ongoing projects. Company offers appraisal every 6 months. Company will pay the salary on last working day. Saturday and sunday are holidays. Company allows 10 public holidays a year. Notice period is only 2 months.

Company has potential to grow as a middle level but they stay in small level. Normally employees may stay 1 year to 2 year. Company always update their policies without giving public amenmends to employees. Company gives only 6 casual leaves and 6 sick leaves. You might not get any leave on probation time.

Had a good work environment. Support from colleagues was unbelievable.

Unexpected layoffs based on nothing. No values to the employees. Promises everything and gives nothing. Do not deposit PF which is deducted from salary every month. Years of PF pending. Even for resigned employees. And the best ever thing is, tries to get a one year project by agreeing for six months and put pressure on employees 24/7 and makes them resign and looses the project and client. No value for clients.

Within a span of 1.5 years 31 innocent people lost there job only because of unorganised management strategies. CEO bought a brand new Fortuner car (35 Lakhs) but doesn't have enough money to pay salaries for employees. Extravaganza of the directors is the main reason for this pathetic situation of the company.

Everything’s here is a con. Stupid management. Everything here is strange. Few people have great consideration. Others are considered like mules. Least pay more work. Unexpected layoffs. Oof thats the most dirty part. Literally the dirtiest part. Dirty politics. Most interesting part is anybody can be an advisor of management. All you have to do is to speak some English, give some authentic intellectual kind of pose and make a funny little PowerPoint presentation with some unrealistic ideas and cipher kind of flowcharts. You think you can do this??!! WOW you don’t have to work anymore. Keep doing this all the day. You are the best. You are the king. You define the protocol. Epic. Employee Provident Fund (EPF) or simply PF. Finance department practice some Black Magic I believe. Vanishing beauty... PF is the beauty. We can see the PF amount deducting from our salary( very prompt). But no signs of that money in our PF account. Amazing. On site for some employees but that also on visiting visa. Management speaks of integrity but behind the curtain this kind of cheaps tricks are happening. Meetings meetings and more meetings. I think this might be the entertainment factor the management must be planned for the employees. Anyways this is the most efficient stress buster. Why can’t employees work for 20 21 hours a day?!! Employees here are very rude. They are only working for 16 17 hours a day. How sad right?!! Employees...please be a little kind to the company. Did someone say salary hike?!!! YOU are FIRED. For management appraisal is some kind of irritating or itchy word I think. “He is not complaining about the salary. Awwwww how cute na?!!” The best thing is that anybody can do anything here. Project manager goes for marketing. Business Analyst writes code. Even the office admin can perform requirement analysis for an upcoming project. Beautiful isn’t it. None of a kind. Because Neologix is something that is mutating. It’s not a company actually but it’s an organism that feeds on the flesh and blood of innocent people working there.

Got hands on experience in coding of projects. Got to experiment with new technologies at that time.
