      - Amazing manager from England (so understanding a great coach) - Flexibility - New technology being used for Communications

      Cons

      - Old box pushing mentality - Sales not oriented to solutions sales and huge learning curve was needed - No accountability at Management level in Canada

      Advice to Management

      - inject new blood into organization - cut back on territorial political wars - remove individuals that are clearly out for themselves alone.

      Good salary, benefits & colleagues

      Cons

      No confidence in senior management, no real strategy fed down to middle management. Company had a good family feel about it but that has gone now.

      Need to be more open and honest.

      I worked at Neopost full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Nice size territory to manage. Opportunity to control our own schedule. Network and meet all different types of people and organizations.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Managements main concern is their monthly and quarterly numbers, not much else. Be prepared to repair a broken territory from the start and do it quickly or you will fall behind.

      Advice to Management

      Think customers first and train your employees. If the goal is to narrow the market share, improve the relationship and train your employees better. Turnover is not the answer! Poor reflection on the organization
