    Culture, Worklife balance, Innovation, Employee benefits, Assertive attitude

    Cons

    Above pros will work if and only if are under right management else working in Netapp is a nightmare. Thank God such pathetic management population is NOT so high.

    Work life balance Campus and facilities Salaries matching market Flexible Environment Good culture and no politics Work from home option available

    Cons

    Service delivery teams and are full of politics and no work life balance. Management is very bad there. So Target product teams Frequent layoffs

    I have been working at NetApp full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Very good leadership . George kurian has done a good job of improving efficiency Relaxed work culture Good facility

    Cons

    Loosing market to companies like Pure Trying to catch up with the changes in market. No footprint in cloud . Bad aquisitions . Yet to see any ROI on plexistor and solidfire . Still stuck with decade old technologies.

    I have been working at NetApp full-time

    Pros

    Great company and culture, interesting products portfolio , committed management and core employees. Good cash in hand. Good pay master. Good employee benefits , Engineering Organization.

    Cons

    Not doing well under current market conditions, senior management is still working on the next big storage wave. Multiple layoffs have dented the GPTW

    Flexible work hours... but even that leads to complacence at times .. :(

    Rigid org structure, middling out compensation, expectations bordering on ridiculousness and more recently, job insecurity

    I have been working at NetApp full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Beer Bash. Flexible timings. Good work for very very few groups who have big presence in bangalore.

    Cons

    Most group in india is given pathetic work or low priority. When the company has 0% growth, then these low priority group will be fully layoff irrespective of individual performance. Lot of politics from USA directors, product/modules which is about to be phased out will be sent to india and full new work will be done in USA. India is being used as junk yard. No more good work sharing with India!. Psycho VP's, who don't think much before doing layoff of full group in Bangalore. Bangalore teams are easy pick for layoff as they will be doing/given low priority work.

    I worked at NetApp full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Culture is good . WFH when you are in dire need.

    Cons

    Almost all managers are technically dull or have undergone technical erosion Innovation is not encouraged. Work is mostly sustenance. severe attrition. the brighest and the best leave within a year or so. Mostly you will be technically eroded here. HR/Management is also not up to the mark
