I have worked at NetCarrier for a couple of years. They are very big advocates of promoting within the company. All of the employees get along very well, it is a pleasant work environment. I like to consider it my second family. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially is you are looking to jump start your career.

Strong traditional telco Product set (PRI, N xT-1, MPLS)

Cons

"Churn and burn" sales environment. Do not value their employees. Also, does not have a strong IP telephony offering. Have had numerous issues with their VOIP platform.
