      Pros

Great people working there and I was part of a superb group.

      Cons

The company was bought by a pack of hyenas, aka Global Payments, that took a machete to the place. Netspend itself shows absolutely ZERO leadership on any level, from top to bottom. Companies that don't do anything wrong don't pay out $80M settlements to the FTC. This is and has always been a shady-ass business model.

      Pros

Open lines of communication at all levels, excellent management team, great people and collaborative environment, customer always comes first.

      Cons

Little/no personal development. You must be willing to work hard, long hours and often with little direction - which on the flip side is a Pro for someone who is self-driven and resourceful.

      Pros

NetSpend is a great place to work. I've been here for a little over four years in a few different positions. The company is continuing to grow so there is a lot of opportunity to move around and grow with the company. Some of the many perks include: - flexible schedule, work/life balance - wellness program with competitions and on-site classes that promote health/fitness - great people

      Cons

Pay could be better. However, this varies by your position. I came in at a somewhat entry level position and have worked my way up. For employees that move around within the company, the pay increases aren't always great. It’s unfortunate that I feel like I may need to leave the company to get fairly compensated for my current experience and role. This may not be an issue if you come in from the outside at a higher level.
