    I worked at New Oriental full-time

    Pros

    Good people,not many office politics. My supervisor is very nice, and she has become my friend after I left the company. Since most of employees are young, you will have very energetic atmosphere in office.

    Cons

    The career advancement for employees is not very clear. You may need oversea experience to excel in your position. The pay is not generous, and most of positions are paid based on commission.

    Advice to Management

    May better to have such mentor system, so newcomers will not feel too lost. Flexible office hour is better.

    Very dynamic, customer-focused, and people are under great pressure to deliver results. Also, the working mobility is not easy to adapt if the person is with a job, a family or a kid.

    Better listening to the advice from employees, and focus on more on deliver the training of new staff

    Really nice working environment. There is a training before the final interview for candidates.

    Cons

    Nothing. I would go back to work there if I have a chance in the future!
