      Has great benefits, everyone is willing to go out of their way to help you, great mission, clear communication, very nice office spaces, The leadership cares about their employees.

      Traffic to get to the office is bad.

      Pros

      Investment in company future appears to be top reiority from the executive team. Has been around for 10 years but with the new investment the company feels like a startup. Working somewhere that is on the cusp of booming growth has an excitement to it.

      Cons

      Limited employee count (i think around 300 right now) so the options for movement around the company are much more limited than with the big big competitors with 10,000 employees.
