Plenty of hours Can be flexible with schedules for students Lots of good experience doing a wide variety of odd jobs

Too many chiefs with conflicting orders. Not a lot of time off during the year. Communication from top down isn’t great.

Some flexibility in scheduling and a internal team of dedicated professionals took some of the sting out of poor compensation for professional services rendered

Cons

Complete lack of recognition from various levels within the organization of professional services rendered. Expectations were rigorously and consistently met or exceeded with no financial recognition received, just lip service. In fact at times feedback cited 'over delivery' on expectations that were in constant flux at the whim of "business concerns"
