I have not worked anywhere where I felt this welcomed and I have never had so much opportunity for professional growth! This is such a unique culture and community. The owner of the company is very involved and you even get time to speak with him personally as he helps develop you within the company!

Advice to Management

Pros
There is a lot of room for growth as long as you are willing to put in the work.
The owner and office manager are really willing to work with you to help you improve.
The company culture is great, really centered around succeeding together.
Cons
It can sometimes require long hours and weekends (but the pay can definitely make up for it!)
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing and holding onto the good people!
I have been working at Next Generation Marketing full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
I like the environment that is created in this company. If you want growth bother personally and professionally you are able to watch it happen! You are able to grow at your own speed. You are able to promote yourself within this company. So if you are not growing you only have to look at what you do daily and make a change. There is so much opportunity within this company and it really depends how much you want. The executive management team is so helpful and really helps with anything you need! It really is all about the Next Generation that comes into the company that they focus on if that is clients or teammates... I recommend this company to anyone who like to work in teams and by themselves as well as wants growth!
Cons
No cons! Love this company!

I worked at Next Generation Marketing full-time
Pros
great co worker
Okay for entrepeneurial dreams
Cons
Bad pay, everyone makes the same amount even account managers which is literally a title because they aren't compensated for it
No regard for traveling distance, I was traveling 100 miles a day for less then a fast food job
No real growth opportunites within the company besides a change in title
Not clear with what the job entailed, you'll get hired under a title and are told you will be doing things that fall under that title when in reality you are doing what every one there does which is sales which isn't for everyone causing the high turn over rate in employees
Advice to Management
Be clear on what the job is don't say what we will actually be doing in a round about way be direct and find the people who genuinely want a job in your company's field

Pros
They emphasize working as a team, everyone truly begins to feel like family. CEO is incredibly nice and personable. He cares about his employees. Pay is decent. Lots of room for upward growth.
Cons
You have to put in effort and sometimes you get stuck working longer days. Also requires some weekends. But it's worth it for all the opportunities they give you

Pros
- high energy
- good platform to start a career in sales
Cons
- No clear career path
- Bad pay (base + commission - which isn't straight forward)
- They post different job profiles to attract talent but there's really one job to do- direct marketing of their client's products at retail stores and make as many sales as possible. you have to go through 3 interview rounds to learn this truth.

Advice to Management
Just be honest about the job. You can save everyone's time, energy and money and can get people who would be really interested in such roles

I have been working at Next Generation Marketing full-time
Pros
Some of the best people I've ever had the chance to work with! Everyone is super positive and friendly. The CEO is one of the most generous people I've ever met and he truly cares about his employees--not just as employees but as individuals as well. I've learned so much in my time working here because of the way others have invested their time and resources into me because they truly want to see me succeed. There is so much room for growth and they emphasize that by working hard you can and will achieve your goals.
Cons
no cons, I sincerely enjoy working here

I have been working at Next Generation Marketing full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
I was introduced to really amazing people.
Cons
This job is a scam. You get paid $10 an hour with a commission of only 10% of your sales while you are stationed within a Costco. This is a pyramid scheme. The CEO says that you can own your own chunk of the business in 12 months or less yet he hasn't been able to promote anyone! If he was truthful he would tell his interviewees 10 years until you are promoted. They don't pay for transportation and you have to commute 2 hours or more everyday.
The CEO doesn't practice what he preaches and motivates his people with words and no action. He only cares about himself and it shows in the misstreatment of his people.
Advice to Management
Change the way you do things things and be honest. No promotions in 5 years means the CEO is coming up with excuses to keep his employees building his pay check. I don't want to allow what happened to me to happen to others. Just because the CEO says he has been in business for 26 years doesn't mean he understands the current market or the idea of work ethics.
