    Part-time work possible
    Easy prep each day after initial stages
    Interacting with young trainees on the threshold of new career

    Cons

    They even tell you how much coffee you are supposed to consume.
    Office facilities are lousy... no properly maintained washrooms

    Advice to Management

    Treat the trainers with respect
    Be fair when it comes to promotions etc
    Hire people who know the subject...especially the head of the training centre
    If you want the business to continue, you need to be more professional in dealing with clients

    Everyone who worked within the team was friendly and helpful. Very welcoming to a new member of staff.

    Cons

    Having been there almost a month, there has been a distinct lack of training. Having to figure a lot of the role out for my self, or by asking other staff members.

    Training opportunities if given time to do them, good learning portal and system to offer up shifts, good discount

    Cons

    Managers guilt to taking shifts, no time off during holiday periods, little flexibility, harsh managers

    Excellent team of staff who all get along well
    25% staff discount
    75% capped uniform allowance
    Access to sale beforehand so you can get your hands on the best stuff

    Cons

    Low staff appreciation
    Restructuring has made promotion harder
    Too much attention to online company is distracting from stores and their profits
    Experienced staff are overlooked in regards to appreciation and salary and are not awarded for the extra work that they do to support management

    Listen to staff
    Pay attention to how much staff do
    More experienced staff should receive wage reviews as they get paid the same as staff who do not want to learn how to do extra tasks
