Nearly flat hierarchy, if you have a problem, you can talk about it even to the CEO over a cup of coffee or beer as per your preference. Very understanding in terms of health (mental and physical) issues. Office sponsored parties at least once a month. Work hours are flexible. People can come to office in shorts. Many opportunities to take ownership and responsibilities for projects and other things.

Cons

There will be times due to client demands or other constraints that you'll work extra hours including weekends some times. Sometimes the chilled out atmosphere can be too chilled out to get work done. If you join at some point you will hear about and do assignments (especially if you are a fresher) which is the upskilling track of the company, you will learn a lot from it but it can be frustrating at times.

Pros

-> It was a good company for improve our skill and learning new techniques. -> Provide life time WFH opportunity for employee, so we can save our living cost. -> Company gives flexible work timing for employees. -> Good manager, not provide any pressure to the employees. -> Good management team, conduct lot of non cultural program. -> Good company for both experience and fresher.

Cons

-> its a startup company, we can sit around 30 people together and work at a time.

Pros

1. The work environment is the stand out quality of the company. Colleagues generally are very friendly. Festive mood on most of the Fridays. 2. CEO is awesome. He is open to listening to you and tries to discuss / solve your issue. He is pro-employee. 3. You do not need to ask for bonus. You will get it if you deserve.

1. I feel currently there are less number of people in senior engineering roles.

Pros

The senior managers, and the ceo are very understanding, helpful and supportive. They push you to learn for your own benefit rather than make you slog for the company. Coming from a mechanical engineering background, getting a job in the technical field was very difficult for me. But I'm grateful i got to start my career in nichesoft. 2 years down the line, I'm very confident of the skills I've picked up here.

Cons

For some people who do not perform up to the mark, micromanagement might be necessary.

Pros

Some of the major pros of the company : Get to work on good projects and latest technology always. Mentoring freshers training are great. Seniors and managers are always ready to help. Office parties and beer fridays are just awesome. One can easily grow, learn & advance in their career in this company.

Have been working here as a full time employee for the past 2 year. Fast growing and good for both freshers and experienced. Decent package, good hikes, rapid growth, yearly bonus, snacks and beverages, lots of opportunities to learn, friendly CEO, Colleagues & Management.

Scope for work life balance can be improved

Pros

I've been working in NicheSoft for 2+ years and it has been a wonderful experience. When I initially joined the company as a Fresher, I was put through assignment cycle which starts from learning Java to HTML, JavaScript, and further. I was assigned a mentor who would guide me to the solution if I was stuck but not reveal the answer. This helped me debug the problems on my own and figure out a way to solve issues. Mentor and mentoring process were really good helped me a lot through my projects.
