Pros
Pay is competitive for some people
Cons
It is a male dominant company. Absolutely not recommend for women. There are at least 2 workplace harassment court cases in US and Asia in recent years against the same senior director. However the women who suffered were asked to leave while the senior director still enjoy the hefty bonus. Fxxx word is widely used in some offices by some senior managers even in formal meetings in front of women.
- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Great place to work , as an ex member of staff I would definitely recommend
18 May 2022 - Technology RoleRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Smart driven colleagues, laser focussed management that have built resilient and profitable business. A fun place to work and a great place to learn. Low levels of red tape and bureaucracy, expect fair and direct feedback. The firm has a sense of purpose and wanting to do something good and build something special rather than just generate revenue. Very strong and charismatic founder, supported by a smart leadership team.
Cons
Flat structure and the design of Ninety One favours self starters and go getters. Not necessarily a negative but may not be for all.
