I worked at Nisum full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Learning curve is good

    Cons

    1. No projects. They hire people in bulk expecting projects , later they fire when they didn’t come. 2. Only one show at Indian offices. He plays with the life of employees. He want his employees under his foot. He gives promotions, hikes and projects to his relatives/friends working in nisum. 3. When someone put down their papers , management requests them to stay by throwing some cookies and later they will fire them giving some silly reasons. They will torture you in the notice period if you don’t take back your papers. 4. No work from home policy but they make you work after office hours

I worked at Nisum full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Laptop for every employee to work after office hours.

    Cons

Really Very bad experience I had with nisum. Now a days company is in deep trouble due to lack of projects and no job security.. Not at all Good for JAVA developers and QA people.Their priority is old employees.Full of politics They support Always higher position employees only. If you give complaints they won’t ask the manager and instead scolding you only. One dev manager-He always supports his pet dogs(puppets) only.He doesn’t know anything ..full partiality..Don’t know how to manage resource. I observed senior QA leads-One lead not in NISUM Hyderabad office now.but the way he treated people like slaves only.He will support only who is favor to him..After one major project gone from nisum, he trained his team for interviews and sent them out of nisum successfully. Worst worst behavior. And one more senior QA lead-Don't know anything but he give useless commands to the employees and make the employee work more than office hours.literally cried people who worked under him and finally few good resources left nisum only because of this senior QA lead .He will feel like he is CEO of this company.he will supports only his friends who are worthless and few are not able to clear the client interviews(In NISUM-client interviews) also.Lean professionalism... of course we cannot expect it from a butcher and psyco people. Really that short guy very harassed and degraded many people multiple times. He did many things but we cannot write all the things here. My sincere advice to management is please remove him from interview panel first. At least you can restrict dumping his friends blindly into organization. And also send him to some attitude training. Please don't play with the future of employees.

I have been working at Nisum full-time

    Pros

On time pay No other benefits

    Cons

1 They have double standards, first they will say it means nothing to be shadow resource then during discussion they will blame you for not being billable. They don't have sufficient clients. 2 Freshers are mis-treated like anything, came to know that they neither have given designation change nor hike since 2 years. All freshers are Trainee since last 2 years. 3 They will take 2 year bond from freshers and then all will play with you if you ask about designation or hike.Managers will blame senior management ,senior management will blame onsite. These things only continue. 4 I don't recommend anyone to join the company either its senior employees or freshers. 5 In work from home they will make you work for 16-18 hours and even they call at midnight for work. 6 No job security
