      Pros

      Noble is a pretty flat organization giving the employee a chance to interact with senior level employees. They provide excellent benefits, a chance to give back to the community during the holidays and daily breakfast.

      Cons

      Their credit rating has been downgraded consistently over the past couple of years and is now junk. They've lost their CEO. There are many examples of micro-management, spontaneous decisions and lack of communication from the top down.

      Some of the people I had the opportunity to work with and learn from were very talented.

      Cons

      - Lack of communication between functions resulted in a blame culture when problems were to arise. - General feeling of negative morale amongst employees.
