    The community of others who work at the Council is fantastic, all wonderful people.

    Cons

    Everybody is busy and so sometimes projects get forgotten and dug back up months after and it gets a bit lost and confusing.

    Very supportive team managers Good variety of cases Quality supervison which happens for all every 4 weeks. Good access to technology

    Cons

    Very high and complex caseloads and no support. No assistant practitioner and admin staff who refuse to do admin tasks. Very performance driven local authority Tidious amounts of paperwork.

    Good contractual terms compared to private sector but not great compared to other public sector. Good wage for the area

    Really old-fashioned, chaotic management, no mission or purpose. Constant, rapid changes without thought. High workload due to the above
