Interacting with the students. University is closed for 10 days paid leave, for full-time employees, during the Christmas Holiday.

Cons

LOW PAY!!. Morale is very low in most offices. There is no accountability for employees that don't do their job! Promotions, forget about it!

The medical benefits were amazing. That is about it. The work load was not worth the compensation.

The department I was extremely toxic and showed favorticism to management. It seemed like I was in high school working with grown women.
