      Good company and has a good future. Has international standing.

      Poor supply chain management. Unwilling to cooperate with the rest of the company.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package, great for employee contentment with social events and regular pizza days. Management is willing to listen to complaints and suggestions. The office community is decent for a company of this size.

      Cons

      Some friction between production workers and office workers. Intercompany communication (between sister companies) needs improvement. Building needs renovated, although that is apparently in the plans for this year.
