None. NADG only cared about the bottom line. They do not care at all about taking care of good employees or their patients. They are only concerned about money.

Everything. NADG is only money hungry. Low wages and brand new doctors that don’t know anything yet.

Grew together with the staff against the bs of this company.

Upper management is very shady and lies on top of lies. They won’t put anything in writing and will say whatever it takes over the phone

Pros

This company has endured many changes in recent years, with most being great. Those that work alongside me have been amazing. Great support, communication, great work schedule with generous paid time off. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Opportunity to grow. Free dental insurance for employees is also great.

I knocked a star off because the health insurance. One day I hope better health plans are offered.

Multi-purpose organization. Lots of diversity. Few good leaders you can learn to appreciate.

Manager salary is a joke. You’re expected to go above & beyond with no acknowledgment or compensation. This organization sounds like a gem, but it’s not what it’s cut out to be once hired. They’re focus is mainly money - not patient care. Disrespectful of peoples time & home life. Demanding. Communications via email/text/teams start way too early & way too late. Poor bonus structures.

Flexibility to work remote, management encourages work/life balance and education, exposure and transparency between multiple resource center departments and field operators, endless opportunities to learn something new, be mentored and contribute to company performance and growth. I entered this company at a point of declining operations, not putting patients first, lack of support and communication .. a recipe for fear of job security! New management drives core values, performance results, employee development and involvement. All things that translate to milestone successes, improved patient care and ultimately, a recipe for a fast-growing company. I don't go to work for a paycheck. I wake up motivated to provide value-add that is recognized and develops me as a professional.

Cons

Turnover can be tough at first but it's inevitable in the remote work world these days, the pro to this is that the company invests in new quality talent to backfill.
