Amazing Culture and Lots of Opportunites
1 Apr 2023 - Second VP - Section Manager in PuneRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Employees and managers are really helpful and supportive. The company's culture is really nice, as we can connect with all levels anytime. Managers listen to all the issues, and they make sure to address them swiftly. Pay/compensation are way better than their competitors. Most of the onshore managers are super energetic and knowledgeable, and they are always ready to provide support. Knowledge sharing sessions are very common in the process from onshore to offshore and vice versa.
Cons
The transport team is very pathetic. Cab drivers are boss here, and they choose the route themselves. The Transport managers are here just to collect salary, and they are least concerned about employee safety and issues. No transport support for night shift employees if anything happens; none of the transport managers are available. Cab driver behavior issues are common, and none of the India Transport Managers are least bother to connect with partners to address the issues. Most of the time, you'll not get the cabs on time. Cumbersome process to get the next cab if you miss the scheduled ones. Food is very expensive in the company cafeteria.

Only you will get good hike if you have good negotiations skills at the time of interview.
Cons
except good hike not a single pros i find here, i'll list down all the points. 1- secretly layoff (lead will call you to meeting room and ask you put down your papers or we will terminate you, this happened with many people (check LinkedIn if you have any doubt, most of the people leaving company 1.2-1.9 years, why)) 2 - most of the management is naïve, they do not have any skill to manage team (they hired my team to replace vendor and then they hired some new companies vendor to replace us, isn't it funny) 3- most pathetic rating system, 1, 2, 3. 1 is lowest 3 is highest which no one gets, and if you get lowest you can't challenge the ratings as all management and HR are same (i challenged to check my work will all the colleagues but they said we do not compare work). also what they will promise is 15% is your bonus part and nobody get's that even i checked with my highest performing guys and for lowest rating your hike and bonus will be zero (no hike and no bonus, highest performer only get 70% of that 15% amount). 4-no job security, any time you can loose your job as they don't care if you worked hard or not (i worked 14-15 hours a day and after learning given KT to my team mebers). 5- fraud company - i joined as 9-6 job which i checked with HR multiple times but after joining they said we don't have 9-6 job, even after confirmation from HR over mail managers/lead will not entertain. 6 - i hired for L2/L3 support after 3 rounds and they asked me work for L1 and monitoring jobs which ruined my profile. 7 - language is most worst thing i find here, words like i can ruin you career/life, what the hell these are normal for very high management (Practice leads, Sr VPs ). so only one advise guys just stay away from this company.
