    8% 401k match 4/10 and 9/80 work weeks (3 day weekends) Plenty of Overtime Very good salary

    Cons

    Not very much PTO No separate sick time (must use PTO) Very small yearly performance raise 2% Company is too big, so not gaining a lot of experience at entry level position. Extremely political environment
