Pay and Bonus, benefits, some great people.

Over last few years noticed a clear change in culture and engagement. Management is more retaliatory and focuses on blame/mistakes more than positive contributions of employees. The "Novo Nordisk Way" is not a consistent culture any longer at this Novo Nordisk location and in some corporate EVP areas. With said, from a global company perspective, Novo Nordisk is still a company that I am proud to work for. I still have hope that the NNPILP sites' culture will improve.
