Pros

Benefits are good, the work is interesting and challenging, the special events are well planned, the location is wonderful if you're an out door person, the town has a great Farmer's Market....

Cons

Too many former D.O.E. employees, don't know how to get the job done...QA is not respected and not given proper authority in the company....Management is seriously suspect and not afraid to lie about almost anything...if you are a female employee, expect disrespect and attempts to intimidate you...they don't want your knowledge, they want you to do their bidding....the list is too long....

Pros

A technology that is very interesting to work on. Very good pay and the benefits are outstanding. Non-management personnel are great people to work with and are incredibly smart and are amazing to see how they can take a large technical problem and solve it with new and inventive ideas.

Cons

Management will single out and systematically get rid of all employees that try and bring up issues within the company or department. Human Resources is not a place that employees can go and get assistance if they have a problem with their supervisor or manager, so leaves not path for resolution.

Pros

There is no pros to work at this company. I can only recommend this company to someone who is desperate to get job.

Cons

Poorly educated/experienced supervisors and managers makes NuScale a difficult place to work for people with strong educational background and industrial experience. Most of managers have never even seen a nuclear plant and now they are assigned to design one!!!
