    Pros

Good environment to work at Nuance. You manager only questions you when you dont reach target or required quality!

    Cons

You have to maintain quality, otherwise no future for you there!! A couple of people died due to pressure and fear of their future.

    Advice to Management

Too much pressure will make people die!!!

I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time

    Pros

    Nothing I can think of.

    Cons

Everything I would say. Mainly, the ideas they bring up to decrease MLS salary.

    Advice to Management

After being over 10 years with the company, I came out really vexed. Treat employees fairly. By the end of the day, they are the ones who keep the wheels moving.

    Pros

Cooperative and helpful , good working environment, salary on time , good incentives, payroll is good too and if Team Manager is good all is good.

Less security about job, too much work pressure, any time work and specifically night shift, no fixed week off, policy of the company changes every 2 months.

I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The only pro I can think of is you get your salary on time.

    Cons

The role of the HRD is questionable. They are only bothered about the incentives and not bother what happens to you after you join the company.

Why does a company need so many OMs? Most of the OMs are not even qualified to be in the position. First of all they have no in-depth knowledge about the accounts they are working on and zero knowledge about transcription. If the company is serious they should first make sure that the OMs have basic qualification to be in that position.

    Advice to Management

If the company is serious they should check how many of their OMs have the basic qualification and the role of HRD.

Check the role of HRD and role of OMs. You should keep at least a yearly test for the OMs to check their knowledge.

I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time

    Pros

Work from home. I do not see anything else bright.

    Cons

OMs, or operation managers who are people who were team managers, are the idiots behind why 100s of people leave Nuance. MLS put in hours and hours of hard work behind them and are docked incentives for an error or two. Of course, Nuance gets paid for those lines from the clients. We have an OM1 to monitor the MLS, OM2 to monitor the OM1s, OM3s to monitor the OM2s, and finally an OD to monitor the OM3s. I do not know if I should be laughing at the hierarchy format or should be crying for all the profits that they eat up in the form of fat salaries which should be otherwise going to the MLS who are the actual money earners for the company.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of needless management staff and pass the money saved down to MLS.
