I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good environment to work at Nuance. You manager only questions you when you dont reach target or required quality!

    Cons

You have to maintain quality, otherwise no future for you there!! A couple of people died due to pressure and fear of their future.

    Advice to Management

Too much pressure will make people die!!!

I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time

    Pros

    Work at home, timely salary.

    Cons

Too much pressure, keeping in dark, depressive, always finding new ways to lessen salary and try to prove we are at work. Not wanting to listen to our concerns and evading them and putting blame on us.

    Advice to Management

Do not mistreat your employees. (This surely goes to deaf ears)

    Pros

Very good infrastructure and other facilities offered.

    Cons

Very bad work culture and there is no proper communication channels by senior management.

    Advice to Management

Salary structure must be intact and must not vary as frequently as it has become an unsecured job now.

I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

At first they will pay good salary and later they give physical and mental pressure.

    Cons

For silly reasons they terminate the employes from the job. Good thing is, I quit the company in short period.

    Advice to Management

Help agents to prove themselves. Give an opportunity.

I worked at Nuance Transcription Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary - nothing else. One of the companies that pay decent.

    Cons

Politics to the core. They work to put people down and don't work towards a goal. No info is confidential here. Let it be your salary or what you talk to the hr. You complain about something and it goes right to the person you complain about. My sincere advise - STAY AWAY.

    Advice to Management

Hire competent ops managers and work towards employee welfare. Simple quote - take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers. Is it so difficult to understand this logic. Work on keeping confidential matters confidential. Useless hr who is of no good to anyone. Job security is also of zero value. No one's job is secure. Period. Bucket to stay in the system. Invest in parties to please your boss and peers.

    Pros

Lots of money, they will hire you at a 200% hike

    Cons

Once you fall for the money trap you are stuck. The management will pressurize you and threaten you that they will take you to HR and terminate. So be careful before you join.

    Advice to Management

Take lessons on People Management and Project Management

    Pros

    Well organized with defined processes.

    Cons

A lot of departmental conflict as well as offshore-onshore upmanship. US dominance over Indian staff reminds one of colonial days!

    Advice to Management

Reduce the US dominance and allow greater participation from India in the decision making process, especially those that have greater impact on offshore.
