Pros

Salary on time Cooperative colleagues Clients are good Company location is good. Colleagues are good as they understand the pain of each other

Cons

Salary is less. Excessive work load. No advance technology. You are lucky if you get new project to develop ( but it is not possible bcoz they are loosing their client becoz of false commitment to the client and not getting good projects). There will be bond for minimum 2 years and submit your 10th,12th and graduation certificates or passport. Mostly support kind of work. Small canteen. 2nd and 4th Saturday off. Management is very bad. No skilled person at higher level to take decision. Bond amount is high and it continuously goes on increasing. No training for freshers. First they hire and after sometime they will send to client location, if you don't go to client location ,they will threaten you to pay bond amount or forget the marksheets. My advice to fresher is that do not join untill and unless you are very very need of job. I mostly agree with pros and cons mentioned in glassdor. .....cons are more can not list all of them because it is not going to end.

Worst Management

Good place to work for freshers. Will get to explore multiple technology.

Cons

Pathetic and confusing salary structure. Too many deductions. An employee with 2.5 lpa will get only 14.5k monthly in hand. Worst management, for them we are not employees instead we are donkeys. No senior member such as Manager , Team lead and Business analyst are available in team. Employees with 2-3 years experience are the senior most member available who have to interact with clients, manage projects and manage team. Common these employees are still on their learning phase. Requirement and deadline keeps changing on the fly. Lack of leaves.No leaves for Christmas, Eid and other government holidays Task management is very poor, where u have to agree for client's unrealistic deadline and make work like donkey instead of taking stand. No flexible time, no benefits available even if u work overtime or u work overnight. Even if u work overnight ur not allowed to go early next day, they will consider it as early going or half day. Even though you work on non working days for 6 hours you will get special leave of half day instead of full day. This is very much pathetic. Company expect us to think abt them bt will not think about their employees. U wont get smooth release even after u serve ur notice period, they have 2/3 months notice n can extend to further 2/3 month if they want. Common you think that the other company will wait for this 4-6 months to join. How silly is this?. No replacement are hired even if any employee like manager, Team lead, business analyst or software engineer resigns instead they assign the work to existing employees and pressurize them. Requesting a release after resignation is the toughest job. Its like an employee can be awarded with an oscar award for the one who get released from the company. Even if the whole team works hard they give good rating to only few members as they feel like only 1-2 member should receive good rating even though whole team have performed well, where they mention it is as per rule. The guy with no idea how team have worked hard will give the rating. After multiple request for replacement, employee will end up hearing to search for their replacement on their own. If we do hiring for our own replacement then why the hell there is a recruitment team and HR team in this company. You will be deployed at client side right from the middle of the development inspite of dependency, affecting the project flow and increase the work of the team. They claim to clients as they are having a good capability and good amount of team to do these projects. But internally the employees know there are no such management techniques available and proper resources to manage these things. With Inadequate requirement gathering, No proper clarity in using the technologies, No proper clarity in integrating these technologies, No proper approach and at the end developer will be under great confuse what needs to be developed. To give simple example, Client's requirement is to develop a "Space Chandrayaan" and the end product will be "Diwali Rocket".

Please don't ask pros.. HELL =Nucsoft... You might be thinking that this person has bad experience of nucsoft..But my dear friends if you ask this question to any of the employee of Nucsoft you will get worst replies than this...:(

Cons

I am very unfortunate that i could clear all rounds interview for selection. Project manager one of the worst man loves to hurt and humiliiate employees.Very interesting thing is that he knows everything..even if he doesn't know the issue he will give u lecture of an hour of how to solve issue which is nothing but USELESS,Worthless and "IRRELEVANT". Overall "USELESS Guy".. CEO is one who always try to save money on infrastructure and also buys low quality water for employees which causes infections,Automatic tea vending machines gives tastless tea..etc he does to torutre employees which is his favorite hobby...In MNCs CEO Runs the Organization but in NUCSOFT CEO interrupt the work of employees by sitting beside them and asking questions and try to torture them mentally (i.e How much u hv done?? what is this explain?? how much time u eill require to complete..?? which is not needed to be done by CEO) ..etc Now move to the Management head who sits in a corner....this is one of the worst man i have ever seen in my life..I think this is DON of Nucsoft...If u r trying to complete the work on time and it is not being completed ..then this guy call u in his cabin and fire u in hindi...He won't ask even why it is late?? or What complexity is there ..we will solve it.... Last but not the least.. If today all Employees were informed that their BOND is Completed You can leave... Then the office will be empty for sure... My dear friends..Many things i skipped..I will wrtie book on this worst experience.... Your safety is my concern that is keep your hopes alive...be hopeful...and Don't join Nucsoft..
