I have been working at Nutanix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nutanix is providing so many benefits to the employees like a free cab, food, snacks all day, mobile and internet reimbursement, good pay and stock option.

    Cons

I have been working here for more than two years, I haven't seen any career growth, appreciation of work.

India higher management getting worst day by day. This company one of principle is "Don't just hire, hire right" but they hire wrong in India higher management.

A lot of politics happening right now in the office. No honesty.

No hikes for this year. No heart.

I'm advising who are planning to join in this company think twice.

    Advice to Management

You were doing great, but not now.

I have been working at Nutanix full-time

    Pros

It's refreshing and satisfying to work in an engineering driven environment with senior engineers. Lots of learning and growing opportunities. People in the team are humble, smart, driven and technical minded. The internal culture is politics free from my experience so far. The company has excellent benefits and pay. They appreciate your skills and talents and treat you respectfully, very much unlike and opposite from some other companies that can be bottom line driven and capitalistic and pro-slavery. Working hours are flexible. Work from home or work from hometown are all perfectly acceptable. Hiring standards are high (at least in my team) so people coming through the door are really smart.

    Cons

Depending on your past experience, the environment may feel fast paced and long work hours, particularly with meetings at night. I'm used to it so I do not consider it as a deal breaker.

    Advice to Management

Keep the current culture intact as the company grows. Focus on rewarding long time employees with growth opportunities, focus on retention. You are doing great.
