Pros
Nutanix is in a transition phase from a startup to a mid level company. Hence, people are easily accessible. Work culture is good, there is no micromanagement or hourly/daily status report expectations. They provide RSUs, lunch on Tue-Wed-Thu and office cab facility within city limits, and ola/uber and snacks wallet. Hybrid work culture is accepted. There is no compulsion to come to office at the present.
Cons
Documentation is haphazard, decentralized and is an afterthought. People who are busy in work sometimes respond after a day or so. Sometimes need to attend meetings at odd hours to keep up with US timezone. Managers lack technical knowledge and don't try to understand technical issues. Some managers are too chill and laid back and take advantage of the work culture. Changes take days to get merged. The build process is very complicated. Hierarchy from MTS-1 to MTS-3 are mostly the same. The office is located in ORR, a highly traffic prone area in the city.

Great management, excellent culture - (took us to an offsite outside India - would you believe it? :) ) There is focus on continuous learning and skill enhancement. Managers and head of the residency services, personally take interest in the mentoring of every individual team member. Outstanding perks, very comfy office, and very supportive colleagues. Very happy to have made the decision to join this company and especially this team!

Nothing specific, a minor irritant is that the earlier joiners had their new hire trainings in the US, while we did not get that opportunity.
