Becoming another big company driven by politics rather than technology.

A good brand name while applying for jobs outside.
Cons
Most of the perks offered earlier are withdrawn. Company didn't give any hike last year. On the top of it, work culture is becoming extremely toxic and full of internal politics these days. Young managers have no sense of project planning and prioritzation. They engage engineers in other activities not letting them work on the main project and when pressure comes from the top, all the blame is transferred to the engineers doing actual work. Too much of oncall duty and then they expect you to build a new feature overnight with clean code and UTs fully covered. No work life balance.

Good place to work and learn
4 Oct 2021 - Member Of Technical Staff in BengaluruRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Time is flexible and you will get proper work life balance. Top leadership will try to communicate the company's goal and vision to all employees. Perks are very good.
Cons
Communication gaps between top leadership, specially India leadership and US one. Salary needs to be standardise through out India for specific job post. It should not be completely in the hands of Managers.
