      Pros

      Monday- friday 8-6 and only half days every other saturday. Discount on auto parts was decent but you could still get a lot of things cheaper on amazon even with your employee discount. Vacation and sick pay if you were full time.

      Cons

      Low pay, above store level management was always finding excuses to not give you a raise. Promised things when I took a new position that never happened. Felt like I had the constant threat of getting fired because they would set unrealistic sales goals for a small town with ~4,000 people that had 5 parts stores in it. Store managers got replaced constantly as soon as the store didn't meet those goals. Above store level management like to micromanage everything and not let store managers run the store.

      Great employee discounts and reasonable pay

      Cons

      Like all work places, the moral and opinion of the company all depends on the management at their store. I am very lucky to end up with the management I’m with right now. I know of some other O’Reilly stores that don’t have good management and don’t have a good attitude towards O’Reillys. Their performance in management include -How management treats their employees, not militant like -Days off that are asked for are greatly considered and everything is done to try to give those days to the employees -Management has strong moral and communicates to the employees to get to genuinely know them
